专利摘要:
1503027 Retreading tyres ITAL-RUBBER SRL 2 Dec 1975 [21 Jan 1975] 49535/75 Heading B7C A tread assembly for use in retreading a tyre comprises a premoulded tread 1, a perforated sheet 3 of vulcanizable bonding material containing an anti-scorching agent which prevents vulcanization below a temperature in the range 35‹ to 40‹ C., and a protective film 3a. The tread assembly is assembled in the apparatus of Fig. 2. The sheet 3 and superposed tread 1 are passed through a first pair of rollers 17 and then through a second pair of rollers 4, 5. The roller 5 has pointed projections 6 which perforate the sheet 3. The tread 1 and perforated sheet 3 are subsequently passed into vacuum chamber 7 to cause expulsion of any air located between the tread and the sheet, or in the perforations of the sheet. Before the tread and sheet leave the vacuum chamber, the protective film 3a is applied to the free surface of the sheet to prevent air from returning to the perforations of the sheet. In the retreading process using the tread assembly, the protective film 3a is first removed and then the tread 1 and sheet 3 are applied to the rasped surface 2a, Fig. 3, of the tyre 2. A protective casing 8 is positioned around the tyre, and the tyre is placed in a vulcanizing oven 12. The vulcanizing oven is provided with a pipe 15 for use in inflating the tyre, and with a pipe 13 for use in evacuating the interior of the protective casing. Vulcanization to vulcanize the sheet 3 is carried out at about 100‹ C. by pressurizing the oven with a heating fluid.

(5) METHOD OF RESTORING A FALSE TIRE
one
The invention relates to the rubber industry, in particular to methods for restoring a worn tire.
There is a known method of restoring a worn-out tire by molding the protector, placing it on the tire, followed by crimping and vulcanisation.
However, this method does not provide a sufficiently high quality tire repair (the presence of cavities and a bubble on the interface of the worn-out tire and tread).
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of repair.
The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of restoring a worn tire by molding a tread, putting it on the tire with subsequent crimping and vulcanization, before applying to the tread of the fifth fifth rolled sheet, an adhesive rubber mixture containing a reagent to delay its premature vulcanization at , with simultaneous perforation of the sheet and after firing.
Air is evacuated from the tread and tire contact surface.
The following is the composition of the reagents used to make a standard sheet of adhesive material suitable for the majority of currently manufactured tires. including:
Natural rubber
or polyisoprene 100
Zinc Oxide 5-10
Stearic acid. 0.5-1.2:
Antioxidant
4poly-2-3-trimethyldihydroquinaldine) 1
Antiozone (I-phenyl-N-cyclohexyl paraphenyleneideamine) 1-2
Rosin5-10
Co-vulcanizable resins ((yligalethylphenol) 15 Drug reagents (liquid maro n - and n de novo resin) Weldable synthetic. Kauchuk (polymer 780) Insoluble seAxelerators (diphenylguanidine and mercaptobenzotriazole). Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the production of an adhesive sheet, the mounted leakage of Fig. 3 is completed by a torus,
The working operations that allow the manufacture of an adhesive sheet material consist of pre-crushing (mixing the rubber composition with simultaneous mechanical processing) of peptization to obtain such a degree of viscosity. H-Goby during the subsequent mixing operation with reinforcing, filling and vulcanizing agents, the latter could be le | to put into the mixture. The mixture is then incubated for 12 hours, and the dosing and mixing of the components that make up the mixture, including vulcanization agents, and accelerators, are carried out in open mixers at low temperature.
The second exposure is carried out for 12 hours in order to achieve a proper degree of diffusion of the reactants and inert substances that make up the mixture. Vulcanizing reagents and accelerators in open mixers are mixed into the mixture at low temperatures ().
Calendered sheets of small thickness and cut sheets to the size corresponding to the size of the tread on which they should be applied.

Claims (2)
[1]
Sheet 3 is applied to the smooth surface Ta of the pre-stamped tread 1, on the contact surface of which a special rubber-based binder is applied. 4 The high content of co-vulcanized resins makes it possible to obtain a stable product that retains its adhesive qualities regardless of anything. Adding a suitable amount of reagent, preventing premature vulcanization, eliminates any danger of undesired vulcanization reactions and allows the sheet 3 of adhesive material to be applied to the tread 1 to remain unchanged over time, so that ... properties a subassembly consisting of a tread and a sheet of adhesive material. Sheet 3 manufactured according to the above composition and subjected to rheometric tests according to the Monsanto method using a vulcanized sample, has the following physical characteristics, the data are given in the table. 5 When applying a sheet of adhesive material to the tread, it is necessary to pass the protector 1 and the sheet 3 not only through the usual pulling and pressure rolls, but also through two rollers and 5 which have a row of sharp needles 6 arranged according to size on the entire rolling surface in order to perforate the sheet 3 fio of the tread surface 1a V, after which the sheet and the projector are passed through the vacuum chamber 7 both to remove air trapped between the remote protector 1 and the sheet of adhesive material through the perforation of the sheet 3 and for removal and air from the perforations. Before the pre-assembled element leaves the tread and sheet of adhesive material from chamber 7, the free surface of sheet 3 is covered with a protective film made of polyethylene or some other synthetic material that is applied to the sheet to prevent air from returning to the perforation on sheet 3 and for preserving the chemical-physical characteristics of the specified sheet against dust and impurities. At the stage of tire repair, the pre-assembled element from the tread and sheet of adhesive material has already been prepared and ready for applying the rolling surface of the previously trimmed, flattened and treated tire tire cage 2. This application is carried out in accordance with the known technology and without any danger of slipping tread (sheet of adhesive material relative to the carcass of the tire 2), mainly due to the fact that sheet 3 already forms a single whole with the protector 1. This tire is mounted on a special rim 10. As soon as it is placed in a protective casing 8, which covers the tire in such a way that the protector 1 and the side walls 9 fit. The edges of the tread are kept tightly pressed against the specified side walls of the rim 10. provided with a valve 11, which releases air to the outside, trapped inside the skin during its fitting to the tire
[2]
2. Upon completion of this operation, tire 2 is placed inside the curing oven 13. Next, the actual vulcanization process is carried out. The protective skin 8 is connected to the vacuum device 1 by means of the tube 13 in such a way as to ensure that the air is completely evacuated from the inside of the casing, even that air which naturally traps in the recesses of the prrttector 1. Then, using the tube 15, air is forced into the inside of the casing of the tire 2 or inside the inner chamber 16 in said tire until a pressure roughly corresponding to the normal operating pressure in the tire is reached. After this, furnace 12 begins to operate, ensuring that the vulcanization process proceeds at an optimum temperature of 100 ° C) using a suitable heating medium (preferably hot air or steam) and the furnace is compressed to a pressure slightly lower than the tire pressure, until until the necessary conditions are reached that ensure the start of the vulcanization process, which determines the proper connection between the tread and the tire carcass while guaranteeing the physicochemical characteristics of the vulcanized material. The presence of a curing retardant at 3S (fC. Among the reagents constituting the sheet of adhesive material provides the advantage of the initial delay of the cure reaction in such a way that allows operator intervention even after the kiln starts operating, especially in cases where an error in the processing of the tire after its loading into the kiln for vulcanization. Geometric tests according to the Monsanto method, performed at 100 ° C, show that, unlike the sheets of adhesive material known in Nowadays, the sheets obtained in accordance with the invention remain completely stabilized (against vulcanisation) at various temperatures up to Cu and have a vulcanization delay of approximately 20-30 minutes. 793 Using the proposed method significantly simplifies the tire repair method, while significantly improving the quality of repair (more tight connection of a worn tire with a Repair Material). Claims of the invention A method for restoring a worn tire by molding a tread, by applying it to a tire with emitting crimping and vulcanization, distinguished by the fact that, in order to improve the quality of repairs, before applying to the tread, they fasten a sheet of adhesive rubber compound containing a reagent to delay its premature vulcanization at, with simultaneous perforation of the sheet and after crimping the wire t evacuating air from the surface of the tread and tire contact.
